SORNA's Approaching Deadlines by Dr. Levenson a Guest Blogger at SAJRT BREAKING NEWS: Ohio Supreme Court Declares Adam Walsh Acts Classification Scheme Punishment! 7-13-2011 Ohio: The Ohio Supreme Court, in a 5-2 decision, declared the classification and registration scheme in Senate Bill 10, Ohio’s Adam Walsh Act, to be punishment. It is therefore unconstitutional to apply it retroactively. The case is State v.
