U.S. Supreme Court Decision in Comstock
The last possible step in appealing COMSTOCK, GRAYDON E., ET AL. V. UNITED STATES was denied on Monday. Folks may remember that was the case about "Federal Civil Commitment" and whether it was constitutional or not, well the U.S. Supreme court has now held it is constitutional under the facts of the Comstock case. There isn't much more than can be said at this time. More in the news article here.
