ACTION ITEM #4:
Reason: "Passports" HR-5870 "To restrict passports of certain sex offenders, and for other purposes." This bill -as written- is a blow to every single person on the sex offender registry, none exempted. "The Secretary of State may revoke, restrict, or limit a passport issued to an individual who is a sex offender (as defined in section 111(1) of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 (42 U.S.C. 16911(4))"

Action Requested: Please contact your Representatives and Senators in Washington DC, and ask them to vote "NO" on this hateful bill.

This bill also implicates International law, see United Nations, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 13. (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country. -and- Article 14. (1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. Article 30. Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

Contact Your: Representatives and/or Senators and/or any Committee working on the bill.

ACTION ITEM #3:
Reason: "International Megan's Law (IML)" HR-5138 "IML of 2010" as this bill restricts and limits, any former sex offender convicted of a crime against a minor (being someone under 18), travel abroad, and very likely will deny them access to a foreign country once that country is notified of their coming to visit the country.

Action Requested: Please contact your Senators in Washington DC, and ask them to VOTE "NO" on this bill, as it is based on HATE and, it does not carry out the goals of U.S. Megan's laws in the foreign country.

Contact Your: Senators as the bill is now sitting in the Senate waiting for them to approve it.

ACTION ITEM #2:
Reason: "Small Business Loans," HR-5297 "Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010" -AND AND- "FHA Loans" HR-5072 "FHA Reform Act of 2010" as BOTH of THEM have provisions built into them which will deny, any former sex offender convicted of a crime against a minor, a FHA Loan or a Small Business Loan should they apply for them, for the rest of their lives. Remember the new definition of "minor" is anyone under 18.

Action Requested: Please contact your Senators in Washington DC, and ask them to remove this "Offensive HATE-BASED Language" which has no public safety reason.
