Internet Identifiers. It will never cease to amaze me how Lawmakers can try to regulate or prohibit things, here the Internet, that they know nothing about. The results of their laws FIRST show how ignorant they are. Of course "Ignorance" is not excuse for the law. Is that true for those making laws? Internet Identifiers: Violate Federal Privacy Rights There is no doubt that, forcing former sex offenders to provide all forms of Internet Identifiers, is to, inhibit their access to social and other networks where former sex offenders may express their opinions in a proper manner. Of course Lawmakers' minds think only in forms of further offenses, which if true, then all Lawmakers should also be denied access to the Internet. i.e. Mark Foley and Anthony Weiner. ....more coming....
