DEADLINE For States to Implement the Adam Walsh Act July 27, 2011. Long past and still only 16 of 50 have substantially complied!! Now, 6 months into the new year and no change. In July (Last Year 2011) they said "it would take up to 3 months to go through what has been submitted." Still nothing!
